• App usage data: Features used, screens visited, and interaction patterns to improve the app experience

• Enable collaboration with others through Circles for group gift coordination

Data Sharing

• With Circle members: When you join a gift-giving Circle, other members can see your name, profile photo, gift claims, and comments within that Circle
• With service providers: We use trusted third-party services to operate Quelbo (detailed below)

We use the following trusted third-party services to provide and improve Quelbo:

• Supabase: Secure database storage and user authentication
• Firebase (Google): Push notifications and crash reporting
• RevenueCat: Subscription management and payment processing
• Sentry: Error tracking and performance monitoring
• OpenAI: AI-powered gift suggestions (your data is processed but not stored or used for training)
• Apple & Google: Sign-in authentication services

Each service provider has their own privacy policy governing their use of your data. We encourage you to review their policies.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and security practices:

• All data is encrypted in transit using TLS/SSL
• Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 encryption

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account:

• Your personal data and content are permanently deleted within 30 days

• Data shared in Circles may remain visible to other Circle members as "deleted user"

Quelbo is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately, and we will delete such information.
